Course requirements depend on your citation, age, licensing status, and the instructions issued by your court or other authority. Confirm that the selected course satisfies your requirement before registering. A safety belt course, drug and alcohol awareness course, and defensive driving course are not interchangeable.

Do not register for defensive driving solely for ticket dismissal until the court handling your citation has granted permission. You are responsible for completing the course and submitting every required document before the court’s deadline.

Registration and course access are provided through the linked course provider. You are responsible for supplying accurate enrollment information and protecting your login details. Course length, passing requirements, certificate format, and delivery options vary by course and are described on the applicable course page or during registration.

Texas Drive Safe and its course providers do not submit your completion certificate to a court or insurance company for you. Follow the instructions supplied with your certificate and confirm receipt with the organization requiring it.

Available refunds and optional services depend on the course and account status. Review the price, provider terms, delivery charges, and refund conditions shown during registration before completing payment. Completed or disqualified course accounts may not qualify for a refund.
